No. More. Paperwork. Documents on all of these new crewmen are stacking up and I'd REALLY prefer someone take it off my hands for awhile. My sword hand is cramping.

He...is only just learning to control the spirit of the blade. It's going to take a lot of time...but just as Admiral Yamamoto taught me, so shall I teach him. I don't want to see what happens to a person who loses control over that sort of power.
